Find your local writing community at the Great Bend Public Library! Writers from the Barton County area are welcome to join us for our monthly meetings to share and work on their craft. This fall, we’re focusing on Novelvember, an annual writing project that takes place during the month of November. Participants begin preparing for this challenge in September. The end goal is to write a 50,000 word first draft manuscript in 30 days!
Pop in every week in November for a short session to share your progress with librarians and other writers participating in Novelvember. Stuck? Check out the prompt jar! You are also encouraged to hang out and write at the library before each session.
